About

Beth Buvarsky is an artist, jeweler, and metalsmith who works between rural Massachusetts and the White Mountains of New Hampshire.  A lover of animals, the ocean, mountains, and the landscape, she is inspired by flora and fauna, the elegance in nature, and the gnarly and rugged natural world. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree  from the Rhode Island School of Design and her Master of Fine Arts Degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She began her career as an industrial sculptor creating toys, giftware, architectural elements, and museum reproductions. She is a dedicated educator and has been teaching art in MA public schools for the past fifteen years. Recently returning to her roots as a metalsmith, she has come back to her metals studio and rekindled her passion for metal forming. She now spends her time creating hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind, limited-edition, and custom-designed jewelry, and sculpture.
